Privacy policy

Kelir's privacy policy is being prepared and aligned with CCPA / CPRA for our US launch market, with GDPR-awareness for future UK expansion. It covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your data subject rights.
What it will cover
- What personal data we collect (account info, call/SMS metadata, voicemail content, billing data).
- Why we collect it (service delivery, fraud prevention, billing, regulatory compliance).
- Where we store it (AWS us-east-1, US-only at launch).
- Retention periods (call history, voicemails, recordings — see /security).
- CCPA / CPRA data subject rights — access, deletion, opt-out — and how to exercise them.
- Third-party processors (Telnyx for telephony, Adyen for payments, AWS for infrastructure, FCM for push).
- Cookie usage on kelir.io (also covered by /legal/cookies).
