Kelir's terms of service are being prepared with US telecom counsel ahead of the public launch. They will cover subscription terms, billing, refunds, cancellation, port-in/out, fair-use limits, SLA disclaimers, and dispute resolution.
What it will cover
- Subscription, billing cycle, and renewal terms (monthly and annual).
- Cancellation policy and the 30-day post-cancellation grace window for porting out.
- Port-in and port-out terms, fees, and timing expectations.
- Fair-use limits on cellular voice and SMS volume.
- Service availability commitments and SLA disclaimers.
- Limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law (US, jurisdiction-specific).
- Dispute resolution and arbitration provisions.
