One person.A real business line.
Solo is the right plan if you're the only person who answers the phone. The full Kelir UCaaS feature surface still applies — auto-attendant greets every caller, working-hours routing protects your evenings, voicemail transcripts come to your inbox, recording arms when you need it, two-way SMS handles client follow-ups — but it's all configured for one user, on one cellular eSIM line.
Solo professionals and one-person businesses typical for this plan: consultants, coaches, executive trainers, therapists in solo practice, single-agent realtors, solo contractors and trades, freelance creatives, financial advisors running their own book, and creators who want a real business number off their personal cell.
The moment you add a second person or want a department-routed number, the multi-user PBX layer kicks in — hunt groups, multi-level IVR, departments, call queuing, shared voicemail, admin portal at app.kelir.io. That's Kelir Team Starter.

Multi-user featuresare on Team plans.
Solo is a single-seat plan. The features below all require multiple seats to make sense, and they activate on Team Starter ($29.99/seat) and Team Pro ($39.99/seat).
Hunt groups
Multi-user routing requires multiple seats — pick Team Starter for 2+ people.
Multi-level IVR
Solo includes a single-line auto-attendant. Multi-level "press 1 for sales, 2 for support" branching is on Team plans.
Departments
Departments give each business unit its own number, hours, and voicemail — that's a multi-user feature on Team.
Call queuing & shared voicemail
Both require multiple agents to make sense — included starting on Team Starter.
Admin portal at app.kelir.io
Solo is configured entirely from the Kelir mobile app. The web admin portal is a Team-plan tool for managing multi-user routing.
CRM integrations · skill-based routing · audit log
These are Team Pro features — covered on /team.
Or pick a new one.Either way, the number is yours.

Common questions
Plan fit, devices, porting, billing, and what changes if your business grows.
One-person businesses. Solo professionals — consultants, coaches, freelancers, therapists in solo practice, real-estate agents, single-truck contractors, creators. Anyone who wants the full UCaaS-tier phone system (auto-attendant, working hours, voicemail with transcripts, recording, SMS) on a real business line, but is the only person on the line. If you have or expect employees, look at Team Starter.
Kelir requires a phone that supports eSIM. That includes iPhone XS or newer (iPhone 14+ in the US is eSIM-only), Pixel 3 or newer, Galaxy S20 or newer, and most other phones released after 2018 that have an eSIM slot. We check device compatibility automatically during onboarding before any charge.
On iPhone XS or newer, the eSIM installs with a single tap via direct push from Apple's CTCellularPlanProvisioning. On Android, you scan a QR code shown in-app. From payment to first ring is about five minutes for most users.
Yes. Bring an existing US number from any carrier — the FCC requires carriers to release simple ports in one business day, so most ports complete in 1–3 business days. We give you a temporary number to use while the port is in flight, so you can start working immediately.
Upgrade to Team Starter ($29.99/seat/mo). The multi-user PBX layer activates — hunt groups, multi-level IVR, departments, call queuing, shared voicemail, admin portal at app.kelir.io. Your existing Solo number can become a department main number or a personal direct line for the new Team account; we handle the migration without re-porting.
A carrier second eSIM (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T BYOD line) is just a number — no auto-attendant, no working-hours routing, no voicemail transcripts, no recording, no IVR. You'd need to add a softphone product on top, which costs $10–25/mo and runs as an app over Wi-Fi. Kelir Solo at $24.99 is the full UCaaS feature surface plus the cellular line, on one bill. It's a different product class than either piece alone.
No setup fee, no contract, no minimum term. $24.99 USD per month, billed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card through Adyen. Cancel any time and the line stays active through the paid period.
Port your number out to any other carrier — Kelir doesn't lock you in. There's no port-out fee, no exit fee, and your data export (call history, voicemail recordings) is available on request. The number is yours.
Yes. Because Kelir is a real US cellular number with native SMS, services that send verification codes via SMS work the same way they would on any other carrier line.
